Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Consultation Cancellation
If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, please notify us as follows:
- 14 days or more before: Full refund issued (minus any transaction fees).
- 7–14 days before: 50% of the consultation fee refunded.
- Less than 7 days before: No refund available; fee is forfeited.
- No-show (failure to attend): No refund. The full fee is retained.
2. Refund Method and Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days of cancellation approval. You should see the refund in your account within this timeframe. If you do not receive your refund, contact us immediately.
3. Six-Week Program Refunds
For our Six-Week Program:
- Before first session: Full refund (minus transaction fees).
- After first session: 50% refund for unused sessions.
- After 3+ sessions completed: No refund available.
4. Special Circumstances
Refund requests due to circumstances beyond your control (illness, emergency, technical failure on our end) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss your situation.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Educational guides and downloadable materials (once downloaded).
- Access to recorded sessions or resources after delivery.
- Consultations cancelled within 7 days of the appointment.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund:
- Email info@expellingdrain.world with your booking reference and cancellation reason.
- Call +61 2 8014 7529 during business hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00 AEST).
We will confirm receipt and processing status within 2 business days.
7. Rescheduling Instead of Cancellation
If you cannot attend your scheduled consultation, you may request to reschedule instead of cancelling. Rescheduling requests can typically be accommodated with at least 7 days' notice at no additional cost.
8. Payment Issues and Disputes
If you dispute a charge or believe an error has occurred, contact us immediately with:
- Your booking or transaction reference.
- Date of the transaction.
- Reason for the dispute.
We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Our refund policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund or remedy under consumer protection legislation, contact us or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) at www.accc.gov.au.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your booking acceptance constitutes agreement to the current policy at the time of booking.
